Tushita, a Research Associate at DIA, holds an MSc in Economics from the University of Warwick and a BA from Sri Venkateswara College, University of Delhi. Her research interests lie at the intersection of labor economics, discrimination, development policies, and socio-political economy. She is particularly interested in examining how gender, caste, and race influence economic outcomes and shape societal structures.
