Shreya Padiyar
Research Manager
Shreya is a Research Manager at DIA. She holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from St. Xavier's College, Mumbai.
Her interests lie in development economics, labor economics, political economy, and experimental research methods. During her Master's degree, she worked with intergovernmental organizations and social enterprises across themes such as financial inclusion, rural development, gender policy, and economic diversification. Prior to that, she worked at Bain & Company as a project leader with the company's macroeconomic think tanks.;
