Sreelekha is a Research Associate at DIA. She holds a master’s degree in Economics from Azim Premji University, Bangalore. Previously, she worked with Jan Sahas Foundation in Delhi, where she was primarily involved in research and data analysis across various projects at the intersection of social protection and migration.
Her research interests lie in development economics, particularly at the intersection of gender and employment, poverty, education, and the environment.;
