Established in 2016, the Martha Farrell Foundation (MFF) is committed to shaping a gender-just society by countering and eliminating sexual and gender-based violence. Working at the intersections of gender justice, safe workplaces and grassroots women’s leadership, the foundation’s approach recognises that sustainable change emerges when women move from being recipients of support to becoming leaders, negotiators, and decision-makers within their own communities and workplaces. Taking forward the vision, mission, and profound legacy of Dr. Martha Farrell, a renowned feminist practitioner and civil society leader.
